in Easy Steps

Copy your indicator script

On your VIP Algos Welcome page, click the green Copy → button to copy the complete indicator script.

Log in to TradingView

Sign in to your TradingView account, or create a free account using the button below.

Open any trading chart

Open a chart for any market, such as BTCUSD. You can choose your preferred market and timeframe later.

Before continuing, make sure there are no indicators already on your chart. If you see any, click the indicator’s name in the top-left corner of the chart, then click the Delete (trash) icon to remove it.

Open the Pine Editor

On the chart, click the Pine Editor icon shown in the screenshot.

Add your indicator

In Pine Editor, select Untitled script → Create new → Indicator.

Delete the example script

Select all existing lines in the editor and delete them. The editor must be completely empty.

Copy your script again

Return to your VIP Algos Welcome page and click the green Copy → button again.

Paste the full indicator script

Return to the empty Pine Editor and paste the entire script. Do not change, remove or edit any code.

Click “Add to chart”, wait and click “Publish script”

Click Add to chart, then allow TradingView to finish loading the indicator. You may briefly see a processing symbol. Once it has finished, click Publish script.

Enter your indicator name

On the Publish new script page, enter the name of your indicator in the Title field. Enter the same name in the Description field, then click Continue.

Publish your indicator privately

Under Privacy settings, select Private. Under Visibility, select Open. Then click Publish private script.

Close the Pine Editor

Once your indicator has been published successfully, click the X in the top-right corner to exit the Pine Editor.

Open your TradingView profile

Back on the chart, click your profile icon in the top-left corner. Select your username, then click Your profile.

Add the published indicator to Favorites

On your profile, select the Scripts tab. Find your newly published indicator and click its name. On its page, click Add to favorites, then click the X to close the page.

Open a chart and start using your indicator

Open any chart, such as BTCUSD. Click Indicators → Favorites and select your indicator’s name to add it to the chart. You can now use it on different markets and timeframes.
